  68. *MUST* be retained, along with the original distribution fileset. Do *NOT*
  69. install and evaluate the program, and then distribute the installed fileset!

  76. Members of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without 
  77. prior permission, include the Computer System Manager package in their 
  78. libraries and distribute evaluation copies via mail order and direct sales 
  79. for their normal disk fees.

  81. Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are not members of the ASP 
  82. *MUST* obtain written permission prior to distributing, and provide a copy of 
  83. their current catalog, rack outer package, or CD-ROM outer package.

  86. Computer System Manager package for downloading by their customers unless 
  87. notified otherwise by us. Bulletin Board operators are allowed to convert

  90. added, deleted, or otherwise modified in any way.
